Your information is never sold or traded.
In stock items will generally ship within 3 business days. Special order and Custom pieces will ship as soon as they become complete or available. (See item description for further detail). Shipping times are estimated in business days, do not include weekends or holidays, in some cases run longer than shown. While we strive to meet these dates, ship time is approximate and subject to change. Standard estimated shipping times listed are for continental US deliveries. Longer time frames are applicable for shipping outside the continental US, including international destinations.
Note: Tiggers Creations, LLC is not responsible for late deliveries caused by acts of God (weather conditions, storms, hurricanes, earth quakes, etc...) no refunds will be issued for these reasons. The delivery will occur on the next possible delivery date.
We are not responsible for damage or loss once the product leaves our facility and is in the hands of the delivery company. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date as there are many variables that may change when your package arrives.
In the even that a package is received damaged we will assist you in receiving a refund from the postal service, but will not be responsible to provide you with a refund, it is the responsibility of the shipper to deliver the package in good condition.
Unless we are expecting an item, we do not back order. You will need to reorder any item not in stock.
Refund & Exchange
As a general rule, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on custom orders, clearance or hand-crafted items. Some exceptions may apply and are reviewed on a case-by-case. In lieu of a full return, we may offer partial returns.
Please be aware that returned items can take 1-2 weeks to be fully processed.
It may also take up to two billing cycle for your credit card to show the credit.
An RMA# is required for any returns. A 15% Return to stock fee may be assessed
Refused packages will be charged 25% restocking fees All returned product must be in the original packaging, and free of any writing, pricing, or any additional marks. Customized type design items unless we have made error, are non-refundable.
We regret that shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to notify us of a problem. You will then be given instructions on returning an item. Special order items are not eligible for return or refund. All returns must be clearly marked with Return Authorization Number and contain an original and or copy of packing slip or invoice. It is advisable for your own protection to return parcels using UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post and obtain a receipt from the carrier as proof of return. No COD packages will be accepted. No returns will be authorized past 10 days from receipt. Please read item descriptions about return policy or contact us prior to purchasing should you have questions.
Combined Sales Promotion Returns, Refunds
For combinations purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or buy one get another item at reduced price) you must return the free or reduced price item for us to process an exchange or refund. Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item. Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 10 working days for this process to be complete.
Pierced Jewelry Return Policy
In the interest of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from our refund policy. This exclusion arises from a Health and Safety consideration and to prevent the spread of infections. This exclusion is in the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers.

Though we make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, should a mistake occur, we reserve the right to correct it as deemed necessary.
Most of our items have no warranty.
Items that do have warranty will be explained in that items description
Any missing, damaged or defective item must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.
The information on website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
We therefore reserve the right to:
Correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions
Change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order).
Refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If a credit card has been charged, a credit will be issued.

Products, colors and prices are subject to change without notification due to manufacturer and/or vendor availability. Due to the nature of our business and order volume, we reserve the right to substitute with similar product of equal or greater value

Due to variances in computer monitors, and various settings for brightness and contrast in which users may adjust their monitors, we cannot guarantee to any certainty that the color represented in the product image on your monitor is exactly as it appears in the physical world.
We want your order to be just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us). Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check Names, Dates and spelling carefully. You are welcomed to email us at (subject line: Personalization Question) if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes in orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.
