If you have questions or wish to find out if we have an item in stock and it has not yet been published on our site or if we are able to special order an item for you, please contact us at email@example.com, or use our chat with your request or question.
At this time Tiggers Creations, LLC offers discounts based on quantity purchases but does not offer wholesale.
Yes, we offer fundraising opportunities for your non-profit organization. We have selected a few of our best selling products to ensure your fundraising is a success. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive information about our fundraising program.
We would love to help your Non-Profit organization raise additional funds.
There are NO minimum sales amount for your fundraising project. You may open and close the sales at any time. eg; if you want to start your fundraising project on May 1, and run for 2 weeks or 6 months that is at your disgretion. We will provide you with a CODE specific to your organization which must be put in the notes section of the online portion or on the forms provided for your organization.
We also offer classes as a part of the fundraising program for those who are local to Rochester Hills, Michigan which can be held at your location.

Yes, you may call us during normal business hours or send us a message with the item # and basic description of the product you wish to purchase, someone from our staff will provide you with a time frame that the product may be back in stock or if it can be special ordered for you.

Unless we are expecting an item, we do not backorder. You will need to reorder any item not in stock.
What is your return policy?
All returns must have an RMA (Return Authorization Number).
Clearance, Discontinued items are sold
"AS IS" and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded. Check the item description for additional information. Other returns are evaluated case-by-case.
Face Masks ~ In the interest of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewelry, as well as face masks, are excluded from our refund policy. This exclusion arises from a Health and Safety consideration and to prevent the spread of infections. This exclusion is in the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers.
Special or Custom Order ~ Due to the significant investment of time, materials, and creative energy that go into each custom piece, Tigger's Creations, LLC generally has a no refund policy, except in the rare case of product defect. Depending on the chance for re-selling the item, we may, at our discretion, make exceptions to this policy. Customer assumes responsibility for postage to return item. Store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund at our discretion.
Combined Sales Promotion Returns, Refunds
For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get on free or buy one get another item at a reduced price), you must return the free or reduced price item for us to process an exchange or refund. Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item. Any amound due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 30 business days for this process to be complete.
Clothing and Imprinted Items - All sales are final
If you purchased one of the Covenant Jewelry pieces and need to return it, please follow these instructions.
Package your jewelry in a box to ensure against further damage in shipping.
Please do not use anything you wish to be returned to you.
Enclose it with your name, address, phone number or email, along with a money order. (personal checks not accepted), for $5.95 US or $6.95 Canadian to cover postage and handling. Allow 4-8 weeks.

Where do we ship?
At this time Tiggers Creations, LLC only ships within the United States.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Depending on the item(s) ordered.
Generally your product will be shipped within 3 business days for stocked items, special & custom orders will ship as soon as possible from the date of order.
Please allow a minimum of 15 business days from date of order to contact us for updates on your special orders.
We will notify you when your item(s) have shipped. All items are shipped with a tracking number. Please use tracking number when referencing your inquiry. If you have questions prior to placing your order, please use the following venues.

Shipping times are estimated in business days, do not include weekends or holidays, in some cases run longer than shown. While we strive to meet these daytes, ship time is approximate and subject to change. Standard estimated shipping times listed are for continental US deleveries. Longer time frames are applicable for shipping outside the continental US.
NOTE: Tiggers Creations, LLC is not responsible for late deliveries caused by acts of God (weahter conditions, storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc...) no refunds will be issued for these reasons. The delivery will occur on the next possible delivery date. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date as there are many variables that may change when your package arrives.
Loss & Damages
Because we have no control over what happens to our package after it leaves our door, we will not be held liable for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen while in transit or left at property in which product was to be shipped. We take great care to package everything we ship. Most items arrive without any issue, but sometimes breakage does occur. If your item does arrive damaged, it is your responsibility to contact us ASAP. Please keep all packing materials and the damaged item as the carrier may wish to inspect and verify the claim. We will assist by providing required documentation or other necessary information. We do not provide reimbursement for shipping damages – you must settle any damages directly with the carrier.

What information is collected: As a part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:

Order changes, Errors, and cancellations?
Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed we begin working on it right away. Every person in our facility as well as vendors will be involved in your order at some point. Most of the time involved in your order is in the Pre-Production phase. Therefore, you may be subject to a $50 change fee in addition to the added cost involved such as (restocking fees, shipping expenses, etc.) if you make any change to your order once it has been placed. If you have approved your proof(s) your order you will also be subject to a $35 fee to offset the costs of wages etc., any changes to your order will result in delays and the deadline cannot be guaranteed.
Any cancellations will be subject to restocking fees. Any pre-payments will be forfeited. If production has begun we cannot cancel your order.
It is very important to look over every detail of your order, as this is exactly how it will be produced. We will not accept responsibility for corrections. Any modification requested after customer approval will result in production delays and additional expenses for which the client will be invoiced for accordingly. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after proof was sent can/will result in production delays. Tiggers Creations, LLC does try and catch mistakes ahead of time. If we find a mistake or feel that a mistake has been made, we will contact you to verify, however, we will not be responsible if your proof is approved with errors.
Printing, stitching, and other imprinted items can only be as good as the artwork. Tiggers Creations, LLC will not be responsible for poor quality customization due to poor artwork. Tiggers Creations, LLC is also not responsible for any misspelling or errors you provided us to use on your product.
Need more than showing available?
Certain item(s) are available in larger quantities, by request. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, message us or give us a call at 248-686-1613 (if you receive our voice mail, please leave a message, someone will return your call as soon as possible). Please include your name, phone number and reason for your call.
We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or delivery/shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

Photos used for classes are for illustration purposes only.
Due to availability of certain supplies, we may substitute certain trims, bases, etc., While some projects do not allow for changes projects may. One thing for sure is NO two pieces will ever be exactly the same even with the same supplies.

Class size limits
Tiggers Creations, LLC reserves the right to limit class participation size.
We do not tollerate any form of descrimination, Each person is treated and respected as the individual person they are. We will remove participants that violate our policies, they will forfeit future class attendance as well as any money already paid.
If you feel you have a disability that may interfere with your ability to attend a class, please contact us prior to registering. In many instances, we can try to accomodate you or your child(ren) special needs, so everyone is able to participate.

Payment for classes
Unless otherwise stated all payments must be paid at time of registration.
If you have to cancel your class, we reserve the right to offer you a credit, which you may use these credits towards any future class.

Tiggers Creations, LLC does not offer refunds on classes, but will provide store credit for future classes.
Pricing and Content Disclaimer
