All claims against Tiggers Creations, LLC, including defects, shortages and errors, must be made within 3 business days after receipt of the merchandise.  Failure to make any claim within such period shall constitute acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of said defects, shortages, errors or other claims.  No claim shall be made in any event if the merchandise has been modified.  Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Tiggers Creations, LLC liability shall not exceed the contract price and Tiggers Creations, LLC shall in no event be liable for labor charges or any other consequential damages.
